TVBOX

How to set the Polish language correctly on LG TVs?

  • Disable the Simplink function in the TV settings.

Why is the LED on the front panel off?

  • Connect the power supply to the network and the device, the TV BOX will automatically turn on.
  • If TV BOX still doesn`t turn on, the power supply may be damaged – contact our service.

What does the red LED on the front panel mean?

  • Check the batteries level in the remote control, they may be discharged – replace them with new ones.
  • Do a hard reset of the device according to the instructions
  • Upload new software to the device according to the instructions

Why is there no signal if the blue LED is on?

  • HDMI cable may be damaged, check the HDMI cable on another device.
  • Connect the HDMI cable to a different socket on the TV.
  • Choose the right playback source from the TV menu.

What to do if the system is running slower?

  • At the first start, wait about 8 minutes for TV BOX to install all system components and applications during startup.
  • Too many applications running in the background – clear RAM or uninstall unneeded applications.
  • Uninstall the recently installed application, it may not be fully compatible with the system.
  • Not enough ROM space – uninstall unnecessary applications or delete data.
  • Restore factory settings (this deletes all user data).

What to do if it is difficult to operate the application from the remote control?

  • Enable the mouse function on the remote control.
  • Some applications are intended for mobile devices. Recommended to use a keyboard and / or a mouse or a keyboard with a built-in pointing device.

What to do if the application isn`t compatible with the version of the system in the TV BOX?

  • Download from the Internet and install a different version of the application.
  • Please note, that the creators are responsible for errors and application compatibility.

What to do when we can't connect to the wireless network?

  • Check the Wi-Fi connection on another device.
  • Check the Wi-Fi connection in the TV BOX on another router.
  • Check the internet connection in the TV BOX with a LAN cable.

What functions does the TV BOX remote control have?

  • TV BOX remotes PB-01, PB-01 and TV BOX-02 don`t support the TV function and aren`t programmable.
  • TV BOX-G01 remote control in Android 8.0 version doesn`t support the TV function and isn`t programmable.
  • TV BOX-G01 remote control in Android 9.0 version has 4 programmable buttons, information about programming the remote control is in the user manual.

What to do if the picture on the TV is too big or too small?

Why doesn't the keyboard respond when I turn it on?

Charge the battery.

Why are cursor movements uncontrolled?

Check the keyboard on another device, the touchpad may be dirty.

Is the remote control compatible with my TV?

We try to test the largest possible amount of equipment. Unfortunately, we aren`t able to check all devices available on the market for compatibility with the remote control.

If the remote control looks like the original remote control, it should work.

Why is the remote control not responding?

Check batteries, they may be discharged. Replace the batteries with new ones.

Why is there no code for my device in the user manual?

  • Try automatic search (the remote control will search for the most similar code to operate, only some buttons may work or the button operation may be swapped).
  • Remote control doesn`t work with the device.

  • Check the cable on a different source and receiver.
  • Change the HDMI socket on the receiver.

SWITCHES

Answers to the most common questions about switches

  • Connect min. 2 sources (enabled) for SWITCH to work properly.
  • Devices connected to SWITCH must be turned on for SWITCH to work properly.
  • CL-28 has the option of external power supply from a USB port or power supply (5V, 1A plug dimensions: 3.94 × 1.2 mm).
  • SWITCH has High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP), signal from a decoder or similar devices may not be sent.

TWS HEADPHONES

Why does the phone detect two TWS devices?

  • Headphones aren`t connected (information about pair the headphones is included in the user manual).
  • Check if other TWS headphones are enable nearby.

Why the sound is delayed?

  • Bluetooth version 4. * delays audio transmission.

What is the reason for signal loss or interruption?

  • Headphone batteries may be discharged, recharge the headphones.
  • BT antenna on the headphone / headphones is covered.
  • BT antenna on your phone is covered (e.g. in your pocket).
  • Other BT devices nearby are active and cause interference.
  • Phone is too far from the headphones.
  • Phone is in a metal or other material case that interferes with or blocks the signal.
  • Network issues, music streamed via Internet.
  • Phone filled with background applications.
  • Invalid music codecs.

Why is the sound only in one headphone?

  • Headphones aren`t connected (information about pair the headphones is included in the user manual).

Can one headphone work shorter or longer than the other?

  • Yes, if the headphones are unevenly charged. Wait for both headphones to fully charge.

Why do headphones not charge after inserting them into the power bank?

The power bank is not charged. Charge the power bank before putting on the headphones.

CAR TRANSMITTER

Why does the transmitter not react when plugged into the socket?

  • Check if the socket works (usually the fuse can be replaced).

What is the reason for signal loss or interruption?

  • Set the same frequency on the radio and transmitter (radio waves must be different from those received from external radio stations).
  • Check the condition of the car antenna.
  • Check the condition of the electrical installation (charging system), the transmitter is sensitive to power disturbances.
  • Contacts of electrical devices are worn (e.g. creaks when the wipers start, the brake or clutch is applied).
  • Corrupt file on the storage medium.
  • Check BT connection with phone.
  • Transmitter inserted into the socket splitter.

Which TR-11 / W / B socket sends the signal?

  • Transmitter transmits the signal only from the AUX socket.

Why is the splitter not responding?

  • Check if the HDMI cables are properly connected.
  • Connect power to USB.
  • Splitter has High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP), signal from a decoder or similar devices may not be sent.

  • Does the phone have a standard compatible with the adapter, e.g. MHL, OTG, USB C?

Why does the charger squeak when connected to the socket?

  • Turn the charger over in the socket or change to a different socket.
  • Make sure the socket works before charging.
  • Try a different charging cable.
  • Check the condition of the socket in the phone (any dirt or clogging).

What are the most common problems when charging a phone?

What does "ERR" on the display mean?

  • Damaged temperature sensor.

Why did the filament stop coming out?

  • Nozzle blocked – carefully pull the nozzle out and push the congealed filament through it.

Why does the filament not enter the printer?

  • Damaged feeder.

Why doesn't the printer turn on when connected to the power supply?

  • Damaged power supply.
