The HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface – an interface for digital transmission of audio and video) cable allows the transmission of a 4K image, which means a resolution of about four thousand horizontal pixels, at a refresh rate of 30 Hz – 30 times per second. It also supports FHD (Full High Definition – a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels) at 60 Hz. This allows you to use a higher resolution or a higher refresh rate, depending on the settings and capabilities of the connected devices.
The 10 m cable allows you to connect devices located at a greater distance from each other. It makes it easier to position the video source and the TV, monitor, or projector in selected places in the room. It also gives you more freedom to plan the cable route, for example, along the wall or behind furniture.
HDMI connectors on both sides of the cable allow you to transmit picture and sound through a single cable, reducing the number of necessary connections. The cable is compatible with the HDMI 1.4 standard, and its bandwidth, which is the amount of data transmitted per second, is below 10.2 Gbps – gigabits per second. Before connecting, make sure that both devices have the appropriate HDMI connectors and support the selected resolution and refresh rate.
