SAVIO Smart TV Box Silver allows you to change your TV into a multimedia entertainment center. The player provides access to movies, Internet and music, it can also cope with the launch of games and applications available in the Google Play store. The device is supported by stable Android 9.0 Pie system, it also has been equipped with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM and a powerful Amlogic S905X3 quad core ARM® Cortex ™ A55 CPU processor supported by the G31 GPU graphics chipset.

This configuration of the player allows for incredibly smooth operation and the best experience from watching cinema quality movies in a resolution of up to 8K, HDMI 2.1 slot and optical output will send this image and sound to the TV.

The remote control for TVBOX PB-01, PB-01 and TVBOX-02 does not support TV functions nor is it programmable

The remote control for TVBOX-G01 version of Android 8.0 does not support TV functions nor is it programmable

The remote control for TVBOX-G01 in Android version 9.0 has 4 programmable buttons, please refer to the manual for information on programming the remote control

  • check that the WiFi is working properly on another device,
  • check if the WiFi on the TV Box works on another router
  • check if the Internet on the TV Box works with a LAN cable
  • download and install another version of the application
  • remember, application errors and compatibility are the responsibility of the application developers
  • enable the mouse function on the remote control
  • some applications are designed for mobile devices – it is recommended to use a keyboard and/or mouse or a keyboard with an integrated pointing device to operate them
  • on first start-up, wait approx. 8 min. until the TVBOX has installed all system components and applications at start-up
  • too many applications running in the background – clear the RAM or uninstall unnecessary applications
  • uninstall the last installed application, it may not be fully compatible with the system
  • too little internal ROM space – free up memory space by uninstalling unnecessary applications or deleting data
  • restore factory settings (this deletes all user data)
  • the HDMI cable may be faulty, check the HDMI cable – preferably on another device
  • connect HDMI cable to another socket on the TV set
  • select the correct playback source from the TV menu
  • check the charge level of the batteries in the remote control, they may be flat – replace them with new ones
  • perform a “hard reset” of the device according to the instructions in the link
  • upload new software to the device according to the instructions in the link
  • turn off the Simplink function in the TV settings
