We make every effort to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The distributor provides a guarantee for the period indicated on the packaging of each product. If you discover a defect within this period it will be rectified or the device will be replaced free of charge within 14 working days from the date of the device delivery. Also you have to include a copy of the proof of purchase to the company’s registered office. The delivery must be accompanied by a detailed description of the defect and how it occurred, as well as the customer’s exact address and telephone details.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage, flooding with liquids, or reversed batteries. The company is not responsible for any accessories left in the device. Please ensure that you remove any memory cards, batteries, memory sticks, etc. before shipping.

HDMI Cables

  • Check the cable on another source and receiver
  • Change the HDMI socket on the receiver.

Audio

Transmitters

  • The transmitter transmits only from the AUX socket
  • set the same frequency on the radio and transmitter (the waves must be different from those received from external radio stations)
  • check the condition of the car antenna
  • check the state of the electrical installation (charging circuit), the transmitter is sensitive to power supply interference
  • contacts of electrical equipment are worn out (e.g. crackles when starting the windscreen wipers, pressing the brake or clutch pedal)
  • corrupted file on the data carrier
  • check BT connection to the telephone
  • transmitter inserted in cigarette lighter socket splitter
  • Check whether the cigarette lighter socket is working (usually the fuse needs to be replaced)

Wireless headphones

1) Remove the headphones from the power bank. You will hear the message “Power on” indicating that the headphones are on.

2) Make sure that your headphones are not connected to another device via Bluetooth (e.g. a smartphone).

3) Switch off the headphones by pressing the touch button located on each headphone for approximately 6 sec. You will hear the message “Power off”.

4) Press the touch button located on each headphone for 8 sec.

5) When the headphones have paired correctly, you will hear “Connected”.

  • The headphones will not charge. You need to charge your powerbank beforehand in order for charging headphones properly.
  • Yes, in case of uneven charging of the headphones. Wait until both handsets are fully charged.
  • The headphones are not paired with each other (please refer to the user manual for information on pairing the headphones with each other)
  • the batteries in the headset may be flat, charge the headset
  • the BT antenna on the handset/headset is covered
  • the BT antenna on your phone is covered (e.g. in your pocket)

  • Switch off Bluetooth on the transmitting devices.
  • Press and hold the multifunction buttons located on both headphones for approximately 2 seconds to switch them on.
  • Press the multifunction button on one of the headphones twice to disconnect them from each other. At this point, the LEDs on the headphones light up alternately in blue and red.
  • Press the multifunction buttons on the left handset twice to indicate it as the primary handset. The handsets should pair with each other automatically. The notification light on the left handset will begin to illuminate alternately in blue and red, while the backlight on the right handset will turn off.
  • The headphones are correctly paired and ready for use.

Switchers and splitters

  • A minimum of 2 sources must be connected (switched on) for the SWITCH to function correctly
  • Devices connected to the SWITCH must be switched on for the SWITCH to work correctly
  • The CL-28 has the possibility of external power supply from a USB port or a power supply unit (5V, 1A plug size: 3.94×1.2 mm)
  • the SWITCH is protected against copying of the image (HDCP), the signal from a decoder or similar devices may not be transmitted
  • Switch off Bluetooth on the transmitting devices.

  • We make every effort to test as many appliances as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to test all devices available on the market for compatibility with the remote control. If the remote control looks like the original one, it should work flawlessly.
