Distributor gives the warranty for the time indicated on the packaging of each product. Defects revealed in this period of time will be removed or the device will be replaced with new ones free of charge within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the device, along with proof of purchase, to the company. The consignment must be accompanied by an exact description of the problem and how it arose and the exact address and phone customer.

Derogations from the guarantee

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage, flooding fluids, wrong batteries installation.
The company is not responsible for any accessories left in the devices. Before sending please make sure that you have removed all memory cards, batteries, memory stick, etc.


In the case of a product defect, you can also report it in the place of purchase and ask the seller about the possibility of making a warranty claim through it.
